The quote form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, request type, and an optional email, notes and copy of your current declarations page (a PDF, JPG or PNG file). It also records the consent you submit, the time of the request and the page it was sent from. The referral form on the realtors and lenders page asks for the referrer’s name, role and phone or email, the buyer’s name and phone number, the closing date and the property ZIP code, plus an optional note and document. The buyer did not send that form and has not given consent to automated contact, so the buyer is contacted by a personal phone call only. A referral also records one word saying how the referrer reached the form: the QR code on the printed closing checklist, this site's menu, its footer link, or the page itself.

Cloudflare delivers the website and processes the form. A successful submission is sent as an email notification to the agent’s mailbox, and a copy is saved to the agent’s private records in Airtable, a database service. That copy holds the details you entered, the page you sent the form from, the first page of your visit, the site that linked you to this one and your browser type, not your IP address. When you tap a phone number link on this site, the same private records note the tap: the time, the page, the first page of your visit, the site that linked you here and your browser type. Nothing in that note identifies you, your phone number and IP address are not recorded, and the call itself goes through as usual. A declarations page or inspection report you attach travels with that email notification and is not stored by this website or in Airtable; your documents are used only to prepare your quote. If you give an email address, the website may send you one confirmation email from info@insurancetallahasseefl.com through Cloudflare’s email service. It confirms that your request arrived and says what happens next. Cloudflare also routes email sent to this website’s address to the agent’s mailbox. These providers process information as part of delivering those services. Any further sharing needed to obtain a quote should be discussed with the agent.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. Its reports show the referring site, the country, and the browser, operating system and device type, not who you are. The analytics script does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and Cloudflare states that it does not fingerprint visitors or track them across other websites. The website does not include advertising pixels. Its own code keeps three things in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab: the first page of your visit, a test flag that is set only when the site's owner checks the form, and that one-word referral source. Its form uses a temporary request identifier and a time stamp during submission to reduce duplicate and automated submissions. Hosting and communications providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, including basic rate limiting on the form endpoint.

Link taps. When you tap a link from one page of this site to another, the site's own server counts that tap: which page, which link, whether it sat near the top, middle or bottom of the page, and the date. Nothing is stored in your browser for this, and no IP address or other detail that identifies you is kept.

The date below identifies the latest review of this page. If the form, analytics, call recording, or recipients change, this page will be updated to describe the actual process. Calls to the number on this site are not recorded by this website.
